“Bitterness is like drinking a bottle of poison and expecting the other person to die.”

April marked the end of a very long time of fasting. Phew!

April can be described as exhausting. Surprise snowstorms, long walks, twittering, re-designing our website, our facebook page, more spiritual progress in April than in January, Feb, Mar combined.Bursts of creativity and exhaustion. Lot’s of coffee.

Making corrections and praising God for victories and thanking Him for mercy for failures.

April was productive. Rushed, it went by to fast. It was waking up extra early, going to bed extra late. Eating really fast. Remembering that pleasing God is more important than pleasing people. It was about letting go of some goals and creating new goals.

Enjoying God’s mercy, working hard, catching up, recovery, getting stronger.

IMPACT has been busy in its own special ways.

Outreach has been sending prayer and support to several new projects, including a Safe House for Haitian Rape Victims and a Mexico Mission Trip both projects that spread the love of God in very practical ways.

“They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” (Ps. 126:5)
